Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer Valink Therapeutics

Arne Scheu, DPhil, is Co-Founder and CEO of Valink Therapeutics, a biotechnology company focused on developing next-generation bispecific antibody-drug conjugates (bsADCs) for the treatment of solid tumors. Under his leadership, Valink is advancing a platform approach to identify synergistic target combinations and engineer modular antibody-based therapeutics designed to improve precision, efficacy, and payload delivery in oncology. Arne founded Valink as a spin-out from the University of Oxford, where he conducted research in protein conjugation technologies and developed novel approaches to building complex biologics. He holds a DPhil in Biochemistry from the University of Oxford and is a Rhodes Scholar for Germany. Arne was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe list in Science & Healthcare in 2024, recognising his contributions to innovation in antibody engineering and drug discovery.
