David Poon

David Poon is Co-Founder and Head of Corporate Development at DCx Biotherapeutics, where he leads corporate strategy, partnerships, and transaction activities to advance next-generation precision drug conjugates. He is an experienced biotechnology executive with over 18 years of industry experience, having contributed to major collaborations and the advancement of biologics programs toward clinical and regulatory milestones, including work at Zymeworks on Ziihera®. Previously, David served as Chief Business Officer at Gandeeva Therapeutics and has been actively involved across the Canadian biotech ecosystem as an advisor and board member. He holds a PhD in Chemistry from the University of British Columbia.
