Yaron Sfadyah

Yaron Sfadyah is Chief Executive Officer of Coltac Therapeutics, where he leads the company’s strategy to advance next-generation molecular glue therapies using proprietary high-throughput discovery platforms. Prior to joining Coltac, Yaron held leadership roles including Vice President of Business Development and Marketing at Wanda Fish, and Director of Strategy and Business Development at Believer Meats, where he focused on driving partnerships and growth initiatives. Earlier in his career, he held multiple business development and marketing roles at IOPtima and Elfi-Tech, building expertise at the intersection of technology, innovation, and commercial strategy. Yaron has a track record of supporting early-stage companies, leading strategic initiatives, and fostering collaborations that advance innovative technologies toward commercial and clinical impact.
